Analysis And Experimental Study On Influence Factors To Measure Accuracy Of The Measuring Machine For The Shim Between Pinion And Ring Gear

This article takes the measuring machine on final drive assembly line for choosing the shim between pinion and ring gear as research object. We research and analyze the measuring machine's accuracy, search the factors that affect measuring machine's accuracy and stability for making improvement or developing the new measuring machine.Firstly, considering the final drive structure, the product's assembly processes are studied, and the key assembly processes and the parameters to be measured are determined. According to the measuring principle in present stage domestic and foreign of measuring machine, the measuring process and method for this product is selected. Considering of product structure, assembly technique, the assembly line overall design and so on, the measuring machine's structure is designed according to the measuring machine's targets and requests. And some important parts stress and strain have been analyzed.After the measuring machine been manufactured and assembled completely, the main factors that affect the measure accuracy have been studied by analyzing debugging result. And the improvement methods are put forward by analyzing product, measure device, size chain and data acquisition and procession.Finally, the experiment is carried out with the improved measuring machine, and the debugging date is analyzed to confirm the machine's accuracy and stability that achieve the requirements. The shim chosen by the measuring machine can achieve the pinion and ring gear's meshing spot request.
