As China's urbanization development,building structures toward a system of increasingly complex and multi-functional development.mega-high-rise building is the subject of future research.Mega-structure which is need of super high-rise development is a new type of structural system. the development of Mega-structure is from the ordinary mega-frame structure to the mega-sub controlled structural system,and until then to the mega-sub controlled structural system with additional columns. The vibration-isolating mega frame structures have multifunctional vibration-absorption functions such as mass dampers, base isolators and damping energy dissipation. In this paper, the vibration-isolating mega frame structure is composed by the main frame and sub-frames,and The main frame and sub-frames are isolated by using dampers.The mechanical property of bearings is discussed in the paper .furthermore,the finite element simulation model is established for the vibration-isolating mega frame and the dynamic equilibrium equation for the system is deduced theoretically.By taking a the vibration-isolating mega frame which have the main framework of six strory as an example,the dynamic time-history seismic analysis and analysis of Wind-induced vibration response for traditional anti-seismic structure and the vibration-isolating structure are performed using SAP2000.The seismic responses and wind-induced response for traditional anti-seismic structure and vibration absorption structure are calculated and the numerical results of the two type structures are compared.It is illustrated that the damping effect and wind-resistance effect for the vibration absorption structure is efficient. The vibration decreased efficient of the Mega-frame structure is showing a certain regularity.as the damping ratio and the stiffness ratio changes.
