The comfort characteristic has become one of the most important quality requirements for all kinds of control devices that contact mechanical equipment with operator directly. Aiming at the problem of the manipulating process quantitative analysis in the control device comfort research, the concept and the quantitative describing method of control device comfort are quoted based on the naissance mechanism of human comfort; The concept model and the describing method of motion element are quoted through the motion research in the manipulation process and the distinguishing categories of the control devices; According to the analysis of the time restriction of the motion element coupling in the manipulation process and the weight restriction of the factors of the control device comfort, the digital describing method of the manipulation process based on the motion element is built. Based on this method, considering that the control device comfort is affected by a wide range of factors, and according to the mapping relationship between the designing factors of the control device and the physical attributes correlated to the comfort in the manipulation process, a multi-dimension evaluation model of control device comfort is established; Though a negative factor tracing function, the motion element and the attribute categorie which have a negative effect on the control device comfort are screened out and used as the feedback information for the comfort design of the control device, in order to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the control device comfort and the data support for the comfort design of the control device. Finally, the clutch comfort of one kind of vehicle is studied as an example, in order to validate the feasibility and validity of the theory and method in this dissertation.
