| There are huge amount of metal plates with complex curves need to be processed in the manufacturing of aviations and spaceflight,motorcars and ships, thus,more and more attentions are paid to the methods of the measurement for the complex metal curve plates.In process of the hull construction,digitalization had been fulfilled on certain aspects such as design,lofting,marking and cutting,the same as mechanization and pipelining on assemble and jointing.However,on forming and inspection,handcraft is always on work.Nowadays,shipyards generally use triangle template and adjustable form-checking template.Building triangle template,not only waste too many materials,but is inefficiency and terrible working environment as well,the worst is that it can't promise the accuracy,and mostly,it depends on the experience of the worker.Following appeared adjustable form-checking template which saved materials and improved efficiency to a certain degree,but virtually it's manual inspection,so difficulty always on improvement of efficiency and precision,and to be a choke point to improve producing efficiency.As the problem exists in the ship engineering above,we have an idea:we want to design a simple and convenient untouched device,the principle is that:use the multi-axis motion controller to generate the control signal,on the base of inspection of adjustable form-checking template,using non-contact laser measure setting and displacement sensor,locating 3-d coordinates of a series of discrete points on the surface,having transform these coordinates,then contrasting with theoretic data of frame line,distinguishing landscape orientation,portrait twisting and cleanness of the hull shell plate.The focus of this thesis is the design of the hardware of the digital control measurement system and part of its motion control program.The purpose is that we can simplify the measurement process of the complex mental curve plates,shorten the period,decrease the cost and labor strength and decrease the pollution.If we take use of the untouched measurement system,we can quickly get the 3D data with high accuracy of the processed ship hull model,together with the components of the hull,then we can compare it with the academic CAD model data directly,and get the manufacture precision,as so,the hull design and digital manufacture feedback system can be more efficiency and expeditious.It not only can provide high accuracy measurement data by taking use of the motion control card and advanced computer vision method to take the place of the traditional calipers measurement and spine,template,sample box checking-up method,but also provide a measurement method for the high accuracy shipbuilding,and also inaugurate a new approach for the application of the untouched measurement system in the field of shipping designing and digital manufacturing engineering. |
