The semiconductor refrigerator technology is a new environmentally friendly refrigeration technology, the heat pipe radiator is a kind of high efficiency heat exchanger. To reflect the superiority of their, combine them in creative production of the heat pipe cooling type semiconductor refrigerator system, and carry on the theoretical analysis and the experimental study.Use ANSYS software products for the refrigeration space temperature distribution in a numerical simulation, and analyze the impact of convective heat transfer coefficient and thermoelectric cooler cold side of the refrigeration space placement. Then introduce the structure of the heat pipe cooling type semiconductor refrigerator system and its working principle, by changing the heat transfer intensity of hot and cold side, analyze of the hot and cold side heat exchanger on the cooling effects of refrigerator; and under the same conditions, compare and analyze the cooling effect of the heat pipe cooling type semiconductor refrigerator system and air cooling type, water cooling type refrigerator.By the heat pipe cooling type semiconductor refrigerator system of semiconductor test and experimental study, concluded:the best operating voltage of the refrigerator; appropriate increasing the voltage of the hot and cold side fans, can effectively reduce the hot-side temperature, speed up the cooling effect of cold-side, so that more efficient refrigeration of the refrigerator; the heat pipe cooling type semiconductor refrigerator system can reach a lower minimum temperature and has the best cooling effect than the air cooling type, water cooling type refrigerator. Also illustrates the heat pipe radiator is a highly efficient heat exchanger.
