Then, carries on the car loader gear box fuzzy optimization system design in the MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox's environment,analyze to optimal ends by robust method of Taguchi, fuzzyed the fuzzy optimization's optimal solution,establishes the inner table and outer table separately in according to the actual situation to the controllable factor and the erroneous factor,figure out the SN ratio of different testing plan by the inner table and outer table,uses the fuzzy mathematics theoretical analysis method to carry on the generalized analysis judgment,determination the optimum parameter by each factor fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation matrix .
