The fuzzy robust optimization design method is a new type of optimization design method integrated with robust optimization design and fuzzy design theory developed in recent years.The core of robust optimization design is an engineering method that can meet the quality of products by changing the controllable factors and uncontrollable factors when the design variables are changed by controlling the small changes in the factors.By optimizing the design so that the best design can be achieved,the cost can be reduced while improving product quality.The fuzzy robust optimization method introduces fuzzy design theory on the basis of the theory of robust optimization design,and optimizes the cost and efficiency of product design by using a computer-aided design and development platform.This paper will provide a comprehensive introduction to planetary gear reducers,genetic algorithms,fuzzy optimization and robust optimization design,systematically reviewing related theories.Based on the research of planetary gear transmission system,according to the requirement of the engineering practice to establish reasonable multi-objective two-stage planetary gear reducer of fuzzy robust optimization mathematical model,through the fuzzy robust optimum design,the maximum degree to reduce the Quality fluctuation caused by uncontrollable factors.Through the design optimization environment of the MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox,the system design for fuzzy optimization of the double-stage planetary gear reducer is carried out,and further optimization is carried out through Taguchi robust design,and the fuzzy optimal solution in the previous step is re-fuzzified.According to the actual situation,the controllable factors and uncontrollable factors(product manufacturing errors)establish an internal and external orthogonal table.The internal and external tables will generate a number of experimental data,corresponding to the signal to noise ratio under different experimental scenarios(S /N)Finally,an optimal solution for a set of controllable factors is obtained.In order to verify the correctness of the design,UG modeling simulation will be conducted and the model will be imported into ADMAS to verify the transmission efficiency.Finally,by comparing the optimization results of a two-stage planetary gear reducer with a fuzzy and robust optimization design with the results of a traditional optimization design,it can be seen that the fuzzy robust optimization design results in better results,not only reducing the cost of the product,but also Improve the product's transmission efficiency,with practical engineering significance.Therefore,fuzzy robust optimization has practical significance.
