No matter it is the loop of a motor, a transducer or a transformer, it is immersed in the lacquer and dried so that the loop has better performance in antioxidation intensity, anti-damp,heat dispelling and insulation.My paper was the real subject from the cooperation with an Electromagnetism Valve Corporation,"The rebuild of Impregnation and Drying System for loops",so it is meaningful.According to the study on the theory of heat and matter passing in vacuum, VPIDS is adopted after the cost and energy resource is considered.This method has many advantages such as low cost,low energy and high quality.The whole system interface is edited with VB6.0.With the function of Advantech's PCL-818L DAQ card,we can call its I/O address and control other equipments by this card. We insert this DAQ card into an IPC and link other equipments with its terminal board,PCLD-8115.The lacquer immersed system is controlled by this DAQ card.The drying system is consisted by many components, such as infrared radiation equipments,a thermocouple,a crystal thyratron control equipment,a vacuum pump.I also design an automatic single track travelling crane with ultrasonic sensors.It is used in lifting and transferring loops.The entire system's automatic level is improved after it appears.Finally, I study something about fuzzy control theory, and simulate this system with MATLAB/Simulink and its Fuzzy Logic Toolbox.This method is educed from the theory of heat and matter passing in vacuum.It has better effect,lower energy, less time and higher quality. The whole system can meet the request.
