This text aims at the realistic circumstance that the active safe technique is still hard to avoid the traffic accident occurrence significantly. On the base of fully analyzed the level of research and present develop condition of the energy absorption equipment in domestic and international, and the collide and harm theries and laws, it puts forward a new structural project whose buffer and energy absorb equipment is made buy machine.The aim of the energy-absorption equipment is to protect the vehicle and the people in it. Firstly, according to the crash phenomenon, it put forward a mathord that devided the vehicle into transform part and inertial part. Secondly, it designed the structural project of the energy-absorption equipment based on the transform process and the hurt theries in the crash. It mainly includes tow parts:energy absorbing part and energy delivering part. The equipment can absorb crash energy and extend crash time by shearing the plate, and ease the crash transform and impact of the distortion section by delivering crash pressure to the inertial part of the vehicle by the buffer beam. Then, throw theoretical calculation, it analyzed the possibility of the equipment, and confirms its effect by computer simulation. In this text, it established the model by using the Pro/E and analyzed it by using the LS-DYNA part of ANSYS. Then it made a contrast about the frontal crash and the oblique impact of 30 dgree. The result is that after installed the energy-obsorption equipment, it has good effect in the frontal crash and the oblique crash.
