| Automobile wheel is one of the most important parts in the driving system of automobile,and the structural performance greatly affects the security and reliability of the car. Furthermore, the wheel also plays an important role in the car's decoration. Traditional design method of wheel has disadvantages,such as the blindness in design,the long period,the high cost and so on. The enterprises want exigent to improve the way because of the more and more intense competition.Aim at these disadvantages of design process,two design methods have been proposed-several sections sweep spoke through guide lines and the useless material was less in the solid radial plate. Efficienty of design is improved.Wheel impact experiment is very important in the performance experiments. In order to forecast impact experiment result in the beginning of design,one type of auto aluminum alloy wheel is studied by using finite element analysis method and experimental method. Finite element analysis is based on the reslt of impact experiment. After the comparison between these two results, energy distribution relationship between wheel and tire is determined. |
