Study And Development In Gantry Crane Of Integrated Design System

At present, the crane industry has been using a variety of methods including three-dimensional parametric design which theory and methods have become mature to improve design and production efficiency, it should carry out the relevant data before using the parametric design, but mostly of the data obtained by artificial queries and manual calculation, and after then have to draw the drawing by hand, large and cumbersome task. In order to liberate the designer, it proposed human-computer interaction method for design and calculation, and the parameters calculated directly interconnect to the system of parametric design for a fast drawing. Integrating of calculate and parametric design on the LAN provides a platform of sharing data and documents for the enterprise or design team. Specific study as follows:(1) Expound the Development of calculations and parametric design Technology of cranes domestic, pointing out the abuse of traditional design in the development procedure of crane design, and suggesting the integrated design based on the LAN;(2) On the basis of analysis in the function and structure of gantry crane, dividing the module stage by stage, and develop the design and calculation procedure, the modular and parametric design based on the modular;(3) Analyzed the theory and structure of this system, did the parametric analysis on gantry crane, and according to the content and relationship in modules, identified the database and development platform; (4) Research the design theory and design procedure of key components of gantry crane, developed the procedures of metal structural components of the design and calculation;(5) Developed the parametric design system and calculation design system of gantry crane integrated on Solidworks and LAN.
