With the development of technology, the engine develop toward highly fortified and high-pressurized. Gas press, lateral pressure and friction on piston significantly incread. Pistons will be more easier to appear crack, piston cementation and piston scraping by coupling effect of piston under thermal and mechanical load. So, making a couple analysis of the piston to understand its temperature distribution and stress distribution in the initial design phase of the piston, and then, providing direction to improve its structure for the piston. In this paper, the following work will be done:(1) The quarter model of a disesel engine's piston has been built in this paper by using PRO/E;(2) Using empirical formula calculate heat transfer coefficient and the corresponding temperature parameter of all parts of the piston;(3) Piston's distributions of stresses have been analyzed under mechanical loading and temperature field by using ANSYS;(4) Having investigated stress and deformation of piston under temperature load and outbreak gas pressure;(5) For the problem that the whole cast piston's pin hole occur fatigue cracks several times in engineering practices, a method of inlay bushing is put forward. Five different thickness bushing are designed, using forged aluminum and cast aluminum bronze calculate temperature field and structural strength of piston.(6) Analysising and calculating temperature field, stress field and coupled field of piston which mosaic different materials and different thickness pin hole blush. The analysis results show that:This method can effectively reduce the stress and deformation of the pin hole and pin blocks part.
