Electronic control technology has been applied on diesel engine to meet the strict emission limitation. In order to match electronic system and diesel engine well, the author optimize the oil distribution in combustion chamber and the global calibration system of YC4112 Unit pump diesel engine by CAD. BSFC and the emission of main pollutants (NO_x, Smoke) have been analyzed according to change of oil distribution, rinding a set of advance angles to meet Euro 3 with the lowest BSFC. References are offered to the performance analysis of the type of diesel engine.What is more, the FEA on the temperature field offers the thermal condition of the piston. The author also analyze the influence of design and working parameters on the piston's thermal load, giving theory supports to improve the thermal condition of the piston.
