By reason of the merit of the long span and continuous rigid frame bridge, as follows:1)the construction of no system transformation; 2)The main pier of no support; 3)The superstructure only have two expansion joint, it in favor of raise comfort; 4)The higher bending rigidity of forword bridge and the torsional rigidity of transverse bridge can be satisfied with the force required of long span bridge; 5)Owing to minor resistive push rigidity of forword bridge, so it can ruduce the influence of temperature,concrete contraction distortions effectively. From the above, the bridge is developing rapidly and it is used widely. However, along with the higher pier, especially, flexible pier is used,the problem of stability is interested particularly. The increase of long span and the flexibility of higher pier come up with new challenge for design and construction. The thesis suspended on Ban Shi elevated bridge of highway from TuMen to HunChun. The thesis analyses primarily continuous rigid frame bridge superstructure design, the stability of higher pier, the setting of tie beam, construction monitoring, finished bridge detection, as below:The structure size is importance especially for rationality of a bridge design, the thesis describe superstructure computation of Ban Shi elevated bridge from TuMen to HunChun by bridge computational program, though the comparative analysis conclusion, the bending carrying capacity of girder positive section, resistive shearing force of diagonal section, the stress result of natural use moment and brief status fulfil criterion.First of all, The thesis carry through investigation by higher pier stability, start with the analysis of rigid frame stability, work out plane pole system stability analysis for higher pier of rigid frame bridge. Afterward, give an example of Ban Shi elevated bridge of the highway from TuMen to HunChun, computational model is based, through large numbers of computation, the rational formula of higher pier is established.Owing to the tie beam increases the forward bridge stability of forward bridge higher pier, the smaller of tie beam rigidity, the better of status for girder, but the bigger of the tie beam rigidity, the better of forward bridge stability for pier, So the setting of tie beam is ambivalent. How to increase the stability of higher pier, and reduce the influence of girder,s tart with the problem, considering regulate connection (from concretion to bore with a reamer ream) of higher pier tie beam and main pier. The thesis give an example of Ban Shi elevated bridge of highway from TuMen to HunChun, through large numbers of computation analysis, it prove the feasibility of the method. But on account of the method is applied to Ban Shi elevated bridge of highway from TuMen to HunChun for the first time, the method need be discussed ulteriorly by correlative expert and be proved through time.The construction monitoring of continuous rigid frame bridge is different from cable-stayed bridge, after the girder block of continuous rigid frame bridge is concreted, there is no adjustive space ultimately, but adjust the model elevation of next block.So in order to realize the aim, the essential method is to work out forecast well ande truly for model elevation, namely, based on forcast control. The thesis combine design with construction, contrast the sameness and differentia, provide with data for future design and construction of continuous rigid frame bridge.The thesis describe the quiescent load and dynamic load test for the continuous rigid frame bridge superstructure, through diversified technical parameter and test outcome, it make integrated opinion for bridge construction quality and structure mechanical capability, provide with scientific basis for complet check and application.The thesis suspended on Ban Shi elevated bridge of highway from TuMen to HunChun, carry through systemic research for continuous rigid frame bridge superstructure design, the stability of higher pier, the setting of tie beam, construction monitoring, finished bridge detection, by computation, analysis, test. Furthermore, it receive of practical project confirmation. Though the thesis research, hopping to provide with referece for design and construction of the long span and continuous rigid frame bridge.
