The Application And Research Of Three-phase AC Voltage Regulating In Intelligent Integrated Protector

At present, the switch device of electric hand drill for coal and intelligent integratedprotector used in coal mine is almost contactor. Spark is easily produced when this deviceworks. This device also has followed setbacks, such as large,unwieldly and poor capacity.With the improvement of automation in coal production, we place higher demand for theperformance and protection of the device of hand drill for coal and intelligent integratedprotector in coal mine. Therefore, it is primary importance in developing new switch device ofcoal with guarantee of safety.The paper designs a switch device based on the chip microprocessors contralling systemby using AC chopper voltage technology to make up the insufficiency of the switch device ofhand drill and integrated protector. IGBT is designed for main appratus.the chipmicroprocessors of C8051F020 control the IGBT, and AC chooper voltage technology applyto the control strategy. the swith device meet the requirements of safety and reliability, andensure the function of regulator and protection, and other functionalities such as selectivedisplay and communications functions.Firstly, the paper simulates AC chooper voltage technology by using the software ofsimulink, and verify the feasibility of the method; Then, the paper designs the controllingsystem of the switch device which focused on the chip microprocessor of 8051F020, includingthe design of hardware and software. The hardware design involve in designing of signalgather module, the chip microprocessors controlling module, IGBT driving module, displymodule and the intaglio communication module. The software design involve in designing ofthe mainline program, the initialization subroutine,the IGBT controlling subrountine,checkpoint protection subroutine, LCD subroutine and the intaglio communication subroutine;Finally, the paper debug both of the sofeware and the hardware. The result of the test indicate that the switch device of hand drill for coal and integrated protector achieve the desiredresult and verify the feasibility.
