At present,the switch device of electric hand drill for coal and intelligent integrated protector used in coal mine is almost contactor.Spark is easily produced when this device works. This device also has followed setbacks,such as large,unwieldly and poor capacity.With the improvement of automation in coal production, we place higher demand for the performance and protection of the device of hand drill for coal and intelligent integrated protector in coal mine.Therefore,it is primary importance in developing new switch device of coal with guarantee of safety.The new electric hand drill which is studied in this paper uses Solid-state relay as switching element and uses AT89C51 as its controller.Through the technology of triggering by passing zero,we can complete the design of nontact switch. The hardware design involve in designing of signal gather module,the chip microprocessors controlling module,disply module and Solid-state control module.The software design involve in designing of the mainline program,interruption sobroutine,data acquisition sobroutine and LCD subroutine.Finally,the paper debug both of the sofeware and the hardware.The result of the test indicate that the switch device of hand drill for coal and integrated protector achieve the desired result and verify the feasibility. |
