Risk Managemet In Metro Propject Cost Control Research

China is currently in the height of subway construction, and the metro project as a large-scale projects, there are a lot of uncertainty in risk factors. In view of the current domesticconstruction projects in the entire process of a variety of risk factors affecting project cost,especially 3(super budget estimates, the budget estimates for super, super budgetaccounts) phenonmenon, if not well controlled, it will lead to construction project engineeringcost control.From the view of owner,The author puts forward a system framework of Total Risk CostManagement(TRCM),including TRCM theoretical base,component module,and applicableTRCM methods for infrastructure projects . By studying these risk factors between theinterrelated and mutually affect the relationship between the construction of the AHP in theevaluation index system and level of analysis and use of various risk factors that the totalproject cost impact , scientific and rational manner do a good job in construction costmanagement. Finally Xi'an Metro Line 1 Section project,in accordance with expert analysisconfirms that the evaluation index system in the various indicators on the impact of a majorindicator of the level of analysis obtained using the various stages of the project cost riskfactors of weight.Based on an analysis of the results targeted to risk prevention and controlmeasures,in order to achieve scientific management and project cost control purposes.
