China's economic development and at the same time,also is the construction of the project and infrastructure industry boom era,competition in the industry between accelerating industry updates and eliminated,regardless of technical ability from the aspects of hard power and soft power aspects of the management level,enterprises need to continue efforts and improve.Therefore,enterprises should strengthen the cost management and schedule management of the project so as to be better able to take advantage in the industry.First of all,the theoretical part elaborates on the background of the project of Kunming rail transit line 3,the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the project,and the significance of the project progress and cost optimization control.On the other hand,the management contents,points and methods and cost management of project cost management theory are discussed.Secondly,in the practice of using Gantt chart method,using the latest version of Microsoft Project software,the rail transit line 3 in Kunming project schedule planning,the decomposition of WBS project,the construction of responsibility matrix distribution,project work successively relationship,period time parameter estimation,which render project Gantt chart,and then determine the project schedule.In the time limit for a project optimization phase,according to the project objectives,optimize the work does not meet the objectives of the key,by using the marginal cost method,three key work optimizations,compression time 35 days,so as to achieve the control of the construction period.Finally,the project cost planning and cost control of Kunming rail transit line 3 project are carried out.Analysis of rail transit line 3 in Kunming the composition content of engineering project cost,and calculate the total cost of the project,the partial project cost calculation cost and measures to project cost,then prepare project cost plan.In the process of construction,the evaluation index of CV cost is calculated using the earned value method,so as to analyze the actual cost in the construction process.Full text around Kunming rail transit line 3 project schedule and optimization as well as the cost plan and control,in the process of project implementation to achieve the purpose of effective control of the project schedule and cost.Therefore,this paper plays an important role in the progress and cost control of large and medium-sized infrastructure construction projects.
