The Evaluation Of Project Management About The Construction Of Changsha Metro Line 2

Due to the development of urban rail transit, the owner side project management, which is general integrator in the course of metro project implementation, is the core of project management. Therefore, in order to further improve the level of project management, we should put special emphasis on management and research of the owner side.This paper made a theoretical study for the related knowledge of project management. Based on the data collation and acquaintance of domestic and international project management evaluation model, this paper, by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis and according to the actual situation of Changsha city metro line 2, constructed project Management evaluation index system, which is suitable for Changsha city metro line 2. Through the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it is concluded that the management level of this project is situated at the third grade. In addition, this article also made targeted optimization measures.Firstly, this paper made a literature review on project management evaluation model for domestic and foreign research, analyzed the characteristics and task of this subway project management carefully, and proposed that we should apply the project management maturity to determining the project management level of Changsha metro line 2.Secondly, this paper analyzed the selection and constitute of subway project management evaluation index system. Combined with relevant project management evaluation model, depending on actual project to dividing project management maturity levels and elaborating corresponding features, this paper constructed project management evaluation Index System of Changsha metro line 2.Finally, according to the actual situation of Changsha metro line 2, the article use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the project management maturity level. In addition, corresponding improvement measures, which is about the shortcomings of project management of Changsha metro line 2, are put forward.
