Sunshine Analysis Of High-rise Residential In Harbin

With the urbanization of China, the amount of high buildings is increasing with high speed. Take Harbin as an example, many current high buildings are not meeting the sunlight standard set by national authorities, which has grabbed the rights of many residence. The main purpose of this article is to reflect the sunlight equality and provide the whole residence a 2-hour standard sunlight.This article tries to undertake the research through the following two aspects: One is to show the best architectural configuration and distribution style of high buildings with visual shadow contour lines and sunlight isochrone through analysing the sunlight model of high buildings, while another is to conclude and summerize the method to decide the sunlight space through mass data. The software used is Zhongzhi Analysing Software.Firstly,the author analyses the existing issues,through investigating the high buildings in practice,which had been founded in Harbin in the past.Second, the author simulates the shadow of the various forms of high-rise building with no shelter , combined with the changes of the shadow to propose more reasonable high-rise housing patterns. But also with characteristics of residential buildings, propose each building how to avoid the negative effects of shape and rational use of its favorable factors. Provides a reference for designers to choose the architectural form, but also provides a theoretical basis and reference to derivate the sunshine spacing which meets the standard of residential sunshine. Finally, analyses the block construction with two forms of plate building and tower building, and the purpose is getting the reasonable sunshine spacing calculation. Sunshine spacing is mainly determined based on the sunlight standard set by national authorities, taking into account the outdoor spatial scale,economy,constructions has been built and constructions are not affected.Concluded that on the one hand for the Urban Planning to modify the norms of high-rise residential sunlight provide the basic data and the reference; the other hand, provide the theoretical basis for designers in pre-design, preventing the duplication that because sunlight can not meet the standard using the software to analyses after the completion of the design.
