The Quality Evaluation Of Rural Living Environment Of Three Gorges Reservoir Area

Through a systematic study of rural living environment, here builds a relatively complete evaluation index system, evaluation reference and the evaluation model for the quality of rural living environment and satisfaction of underdeveloped areas and ecologically fragile areas, which are used to evaluate the current living environment quality of Fengdu County. The result can provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the planning and construction to rural living environment. It not only accelerates the pace of new social rural construction, making rural human settlement environment of the reservoir area better, and raising rural development and construction decision-making levels, but also promotes rural social, economic, ecological fully coordinated, healthy and sustainable development, and contributes to the co-ordination development between urban and rural.This article includes seven parts. The first part of this Paper is introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and meaning of the topics, the content and innovation, and research methods and technical route. The second part is the concept of rural living environment, development status and research summary between inside and outside, which mainly introduces the domestic and external rural human settlements development process and status, living environment Summary at home and abroad, and the formation and development process of rural living environment. The third part is the relevant theories and models of the environmental assessment.It introduces some of the Habitat theories of the environmental assessment in this part, such as sustainable development theory, man-land relationship theory, coordination theory, balanced and unbalanced development theory and sustainable development theory, and also presents a number of related research methods and models, such as AHP, fuzzy matter-element model, principal component analysis, factor analysis, sustainable development models, all of which can be applied in the living environment quality evaluation. Part IV is divided into Construction of evaluation index system of rural residential environment and selection of evaluation model. In this part, with previous experience and evaluation index system of the present study, first of all, we build the evaluation index system of rural living environment, and latter introduced an improved level model-Fuzzy AHP, as a model, which is selected to use in this study. This model is applied specifically in the next part of the dissertation. Part V using the index system and determined evaluation model of the fourth part, built a village Habitat Quality Evaluation of reference. And by means of Search Documents, field trips and questionnaire survey, part of the first-hand information and secondary data was acquire, to evaluate the quality of villages living environment and public satisfaction of Three Gorges reservoir area. The sixth is in the analysis of the evaluation results of the fifth part and proposes countermeasures and suggestions. The last part is a summary of the previous study, analyzing the significance of and the lack of the study. Futures Studies and the future development of rural human settlement of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area are prospected.
