Investigation And Research On Urban Human Settlement Environment Construction In The Reservoir Area In The Post-Three Gorges Period

The construction of human settlements in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is severely restricted by natural factors,and has undergone major adjustments in production,life and ecology for the construction of the Three Gorges Project.Since the completion of the Three Gorges Project in 2009,the relocation of urban migrants in the reservoir area has been completed,marking the arrival of the post-Three Gorges period in the reservoir area.Different from the construction period of Three Gorges Project,the urbanization of reservoir area develops rapidly,and the construction of urban human settlements environment is seriously affected by urbanization.The relationship between urban human settlements environment and urbanization should be re-examined.Therefore,facing the challenges of urbanization development and human settlements construction,this paper takes "urbanization" as an entry point,with a view to identifying the main problems of human settlements construction and discussing the optimization measures of human settlements environment in the reservoir area during the Three Gorges period.According to the research idea of "putting forward questions-investigating and evaluating-putting forward suggestions",this paper mainly forms two parts of research contents:The first part includes the first and second sections.In the first chapter,through literature review,the core issues,purpose,significance and content of this study are determined.The second chapter focuses on the overall understanding of the human settlements environment in the reservoir area during the post-Three Gorges period.This paper introduces the current situation of population-industry-space development and construction in the reservoir area during the post-Three Gorges period.On this basis,from the population and living environment,population and economic development,population and land resources three aspects of development and construction difficulties.Based on the current situation and dilemma of population-industry-space development in 11 cities in the reservoir area,this paper argues that the relationship between urbanization and human settlements in the reservoir area has entered a transitional period in the post-Three Gorges period.Faced with the imbalance of urbanization development and the contradiction between human and land in the reservoir area in the post-Three Gorges period,the urban development of the reservoir area should follow the road of coordination between urbanization and human settlement environment construction.Based on this,this paper chooses Longevity and Fuling as the core cities from the differences of regional urbanization development and regional functions in the reservoir area to support the investigation and evaluation of urban human settlements environment.The second part includes the third,fourth and fifth chapters.On the basis of the second part,the author chooses Longevity and Fuling as the core research cities to further explore the situation and key issues of their human settlements environment construction.Among them,the third chapter mainly investigates the current construction of longevity and Fuling urban human settlements from four aspects: the change of urban population industry,the construction of urban functional structure,the construction of urban residential environment and the construction of urban landscape green space.It finds three important characteristics: first,land-consuming cities.Spatial expansion,the second is to focus on industrial land use;the third is to rebuild the city construction of light mountain and water coordination.Chapter IV,based on the previous analysis,puts forward the specific content and framework of Longevity and Fuling Human Settlement Environmental Assessment from the perspective of urbanization,and evaluates Longevity and Fuling.It is found that:(1)Compared with the evaluation criteria,Longevity Human Settlement Environment Construction is at a medium level,Fuling Human Settlement Environment Construction is better than Longevity,and in a relatively high level.(2)In the post-Three Gorges period,the construction of urban human settlements environment,represented by Longevity and Fuling,relies on the urbanization development mode of land expansion.The low level of land security for public service facilities,the growth of urban economic growth,and the low proportion of urban spatial land structure restrict the construction of Longevity and Fuling human settlements environment.Common problems.The fifth chapter puts forward that in the post-Three Gorges period,the optimization of urban human settlements environment in the reservoir area should be a comprehensive optimization under the coordinated development of urbanized population,economy and space.It should formulate corresponding optimization measures for longevity and Fuling from three aspects: the coordination of public service and land use,industry and land,space and nature.
