Study On The Construction Evaluation Of Urban Human Settlement In The Reservoir Area In The Post-Three Gorges Period

The construction of the Three Gorges project has a great impact on China's society and economy.Since the Three Gorges project completed in 2009,the cities in the reservoir area has begun to enter the normal track of steady development in the new era after the turbulent years of migration.In the past ten years,compared with the three gorges project construction period,the urban living environment in the reservoir area has undergone earth-shaking changes,and the social economy,infrastructure,ecological environment,tourism culture and other aspects of the city have made great progress.However,with the overall adjustment and transformation of China's social economy in the post-three gorges period,the development of urban living environment in the three gorges reservoir area is faced with deep-seated problems,such as slow economic development,frequent ecological problems,difficulties in getting rich through immigration,tension between people and land,and prominent social contradictions.In this paper,according to "ask questions-understanding question-analysis problem-problem solving" research train of thought,from the three gorges reservoir area during the period of the city after the totality of human settlement environment change,the three gorges reservoir area centre city video,zhongxian,population and the urbanization situation of wanzhou,immigrants settled situation,urban planning and construction,the people's livelihood,ecological environment situation and situation of infrastructure construction,public service facilities,tourism culture and heritage protection situation thoroughly.Through the research of the urban human settlements environment of common characteristic and typical problems,and sums up the prominent contradiction between human and land,fragile ecological environment is the core factor restricting the development of the urban human settlements environment,and from imbalance between human and land,the relation between people and land disorder,relationship of person and out of control in reservoir area from three aspects this paper expounds the specific characteristics of urban land relationship,and after the "harmonious" as the three gorges reservoir area during the period of the development of urban human settlements environment goals.Through the basic theory of human relationship and living environment,the paper puts forward the relation between people and land and human settlements environment coupling paths together,in the context of relations of person defines the system structure of the living environment,at the same time use problem orientation and goal oriented way of thinking,to determine the perspective of "human relations" after the three gorges reservoir area during the period of the basic framework of urban human settlements environment evaluation system.Then three target city for empirical research,through the analysis and evaluation results of the three urban living environment,geographical environment and human society support system three systems significantly differentiated development,then put forward with regard to this phenomenon the type recognition,path selection,because the city ShiCe,differences in development of the urban human settlements environment optimization technique route,finally based on the optimization idea made the living environment of targeted optimization strategy and implementation measures.Under the guidance of the theory of human settlements and the theory of humanland relationship,this paper integrates the knowledge of urban planning,geography,architecture,economics,sociology and other disciplines,and through the combination of theoretical and practical analysis,provides a scientific idea for the optimization and improvement of urban human settlements in the three gorges reservoir area in the later period.The paper is divided into seven chapters:Chapter one: Introduction.This chapter introduces the origin,background,purpose and significance of the topic,summarizes the research on the human settlement environment in the reservoir area and the evaluation system of urban human settlement environment in the later three gorges period,and proposes the research methods and the main framework.Chapter two: comments on the planning and construction of urban human settlements in wanzhou
