In our country, there are variety of wild fungus resources. They not only have unique flavor, but also are eutrophy, and whose secondary metabolites have a wide variety of structures and functions such as hypoglycemic,antioxidant and many other pharmacological activities. In this paper, the research object is collected from Muleng forest region in Heilongjiang province(JZ-10) and Jiuzhaigou in Sichuan province(WJ-1). Combining with the molecular biology techniques, we use biological merhod to research the two wild fungus, and we also discussed the ultraviolet preliminary breeding of the JZ-10 strains.Combine with the result of morphological features and molecular biology identification of the WJ-1 strains, the strain was identified ringed in Hydnellum concrescens(Pers.) Banker. During the analysis of secondary metabolites, we successfully isolated and identified eight compounds, including two new compounds. At the same time, we evaluate the α-glucosidase inhibitory and antioxidant activity of the compounds we separated. During the process of assessment, the new compounds 1 shows the best hypoglycemic and antioxidant activity.Through the successful artificial cultivation of strains which collected from Muleng forest, we obtained strains JZ-10. Combining with the morphological characteristics and molecular biology identification results, we identified the strain as Armillaria sp. Moreover, we researched the JZ-10 strains’ ultraviolet preliminary breeding, and we also obtained a high quality of mutant strain through the significant differences analysis methods.
