I.V.pseudoreuicu and Rizatnat(V.virnfei~a) were cultured on the GS media with different paclobutrazol(PP333) concentrations (0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 ing/1) for seven months. The results showed that Rizaniat was inhibited above 80% when PTh33 concentration was 4.0 mg/I, so did the V.pseudoreticu. But V.p.seudoreticu leaves became yellow and then they were dead after they ~vere stored about five months. 憈he growth of their roots was increased with high PP333 concentration as well.2.Compared the water potential ,transpiration rate, electric conductivity. stoniatal aperture, proline and SOD and 1~OI) and MDA contents changes in V.pseudoreticu and Rizamnat leaves at 30擟 with different atmospheric relative huniidity(60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%),the results showed as follows: With RI] rising, V.pseuclorelicmi amid Rizainat water potential increased, transpiration rate, electric conductivity; P01) and MDA contents decreased, SOD and proline contents raised first, then dropped; stomatal aperture was out of order. SOD content raised and theti dropped when beyond some temperature. And the value ranged wide. These all indicated that high temperature had evident eliect on vitis physiology. POD and SOD contents were at the highest when V.pseud~weticu at 40(1?and Rizamnat at 35 ~C,atid they would fall if the temperature above this value. Those indicited that harm was appeared.4.Compared \~psemtcIon~icu, V.amurensis Rupr. V.davidii Foex, V.Iahrusca, V.flexuosa. V.quinquangularis POD contents at 301, RI-I 100%, the results showed that PO[) contents were significantly different in 6 varieties, so POD content can be the index of resistance to humidity and heat. And V.pseudoreiicu was the most resistant to humidity and heat, followed by V.davidii3Foex, Vflexuosa, V.quinquc:ngularis, V.labrusca, but V.a,nurensis Rupr was the last. Physiologic mechanism resistance to humidity of wild grape in the south of China was that high POD content promoted the harrier structure of cell wall forming, while temperature was not the limited factor.5.There are many V.da~抜dii Foex resources in llunan province, so they need to be researched.
