Rice has the greatest single yield and planting area in China. It is one of the most importantplants in the country. HeiLongJiang provience is the major production area of rice in China. AsHeiLongJiang provience is located at frigid zone and the maturation period of rice is short, so thedirect seeding is not suitable for use at here. The best way is to use pot seedling to promote thegrowing of rice. Rice pot precise seeding device is consisted of mechanical device and spiralingdevice. The mechanical device is widely applied as it has simple construction and cheaper price.But it is easily affected by the size of the rice, what’s more, the dynamic process of seedling isdiffcult for people to analysis. This paper use the method of combining theory with practice toanalysis the parameter of mechanical device. On the basis of research status at home and abroad,the main content and method of this paper is as below:1. Discussing the performance of the three main rices in Heilongjiang provience:Daohuaxiang,Longyang16, Kenjian3measuring their physical dimension, thousand seed weight, repose angle,angle of auto-flowing. These can be used as the basic datas of rice precise seeding device’s mainparameters;2. The cast process of seeding device is discussed through the high speed photography. What’smore, this paper analysizes the motion law of the rice bud seed and the speed of seed case. Andthen, discussing the seed case’s significance on the motion law of the rice bud seed Determiningthe kinds box speed is0.115m/s;3. Based on the physical property of rice bud seed, taking kenjian3as material, the plantingpercent of pass and damage rate act as experiment’s index, the type of hole diameter, type thethickness of the hole, moisture content, the height of act as experiment’s factors, through theexperiment, each factor’s rule of index is received.Taking the type of hole diameter, type thethickness of the hole, the height of brush wheel as factors,quadratic orthogonal rotatingcombination experiment, establishing the regression equation. Through the effect of single factoranalysis,the primary and secondary factors that can influence the index are obtained. The mainmethod is objective function, utilized MATLAB to optimized, and then optimized the best parametric combination.
