The 192 wild commercial Boletaceae mushrooms collected from 21 regions of Yunnan province were investigated, ecological characteristics andthe commercial behavior were disscussed and analyzed. What’s more, the content of arsenic, mercury, copper, iron, cadmium, lead, chromium were detected. The content difference caused by regions and species were compared.Further more, the phenolic and monosaccharide compositions of 28 species wild Boletaceae mushrooms were measured. The relationship among phenolic, monosaccharide compositionand mineral elements content was discussed. The results are as follows:1. Collected from 21 regions of Yunnan provience,192 wild edible Boletaceae mushroom samples were classified and they belong to 2 families,9 generasand 28 species.Boletus and Tylopilusgenerasoccupy the whole 192 samples 53.57%and 14.28%, respectively. In the wild mushroom trading market, we found that most of the Boletaceaemushrooms sell with out classification and some times mixed with poisonous mushrooms; themushrooms in market have not yet formed mature spores. If unegulated, the predatory exploitation on wild mushroom will seriously impact the wild mushroom industry sustainable development.2. Arsenic, mercury, copper, iron, cadmium, lead, chromium were measured, the results showed that:seven kinds of mineral elements in the average content of Fe> Cu> As> Cr> Cd> Pb> Hg. According to the standerd GB2762-2012, Cd exceeded the rate of 27.08%, As exceeded the rate of 24.48%, Cr exceeded the rate of 7.29%, Pb exceeded the rate of 2.6%and Hg exceeded the rate of 1.04%. Cd, As content of the sample beyond the limits of standerd over 20%, were the main pollutants and a serious threat to the health of native consumers.3. The harmful elements contents of Boletaceaemushroomsrelated to their geographical distribution. The total area within the survey, samples in Qujing and Xuanwei contains especially high level harmful elements and overstranderd number. All mushrooms collected from Qujing Huize and Dali Yunlong’s As contents over the national standard, the mean of As contentsreach to 9.61±2.44 mg/kg DW and 14.10±7.90 mg/kg DW. The concentrations of Boletaceaemushroomscollected from Xuanwei exceeded the standard with therate of92.31%, and samples collected in all three reagions of Qujing exceeded the standard with therate of 41.67%;The chromium of Huashan samples were ranged of 12.51-18.68 mg/kgDW, almost 3 times than the standard.4. Mineral elements content also closely related to the mushroom species. Boletus retipes(Benk.et Curt) Singer and Boletus griseus Forstoccupied relative high Cd、Pb、Cu、Fe、Cr contents, the average were 13.88 mg/kgDW、0.61 mg/kgDW、 72.39 mg/kgDW、301.08 mg/kgDW and 18.68 mg/kgDW, respecrively. However, Boletus griseus Forst and Tylopilus felleus(Bull.)P.Karst occupied very high Cd concentration, the average were 16.55 mg/kgDW and 11.03 mg/kg DW. And the Leccinum crocipodium contented relative high level of Hg、As, were 0.04-4.09mg/kg DW and 0.00-118.44 mg/kgDW. While Boletinus pinetorum (W.F.Chiu)Tenghad relative high level of Cr、Pb.5. In the analysis of monosaccharide and phenolic components, we found that the caffeic acid and 4-hydroxy acid concentrations had close relations with the level of Hg, As.The arabinose may lead to the enrichment of metal elements.
