Objective: This study was to evaluate the field soil fertility of the seventh division of Xinjiang Corps, it aimed at analyze the characters of soil nutrients through the soil nutrient content, change and cultivation conditions and carried on the field soil fertility evaluation activity. Finally it direct and serve the division staff rational, scientific and efficient fertilization.Methods: Choose soil physicochemical property, soil management and soil fertility condition et al. 13 factors as index, use the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to evaluate the cultivation soil quality of the seventh division of Xinjiang Corps.Results: In the seventh division cultivation land the proportion of 1-6 range land were2.07 %、20. 85%、40.21 %、31. 30 %、5.31%、0.26%, its soil fertility was secondary level.Based on the results, we build up completely cultivated land quality monitoring system and land resources management information system so that we accomplish the cultivation soil quality dynamic management and improve the seventh division maintain management laws,also strengthen the construction and maintenance of the seven departments of soil fertility management. Then according to the "state of formula fertilization by soil testing technical specifications", strengthening the investigation and monitoring of the cultivated land fertility and nutrient partitioning, the database system to establish the cultivated land fertility, and pay attention to updating and upgrading, in order to meet the requirement of formula fertilization by soil testing work, lay the foundation for the development of modern agriculture; To further strengthen and improve the management system of raised fund of farm, the organic fertilizer input and residual film recovery rate as the main evaluation index, formulate detailed assessment and reward and punishment system, guide and urge the masses of workers to enhance awareness of the protection of cultivated land, increase input in the land, improve the quality of cultivated land.Conclusion: The cultivated land fertility is mainly affected by bad soil physicochemical property, low fertility, and high salinity, the results of testing and analysis are basically consistent with field survey interview through local technical personnel and farmers.Therefore, the cultivated land fertility evaluation work is basically successful, improving management and protection of arable land, is of great realistic significance to promote the sustainable development of the agricultural structure adjustment and agricultural.
