Research On The Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Quality In Typical Counties In Guizhou From The Perspective Of Cultivated Land Protection

Cultivated land resources is the material basis for the survival of mankind.The quality of cultivated land resources directly determines the grain production capacity of this region,thus affecting the regional food security.China has implemented the most stringent arable land protection system,although to a certain extent played a role in stopping the loss of arable land,but did not fundamentally solve the problem of the quality of cultivated land in China has declined.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the theory of economic factors of production,the theory of ecological footprint and the theory of ecological carrying capacity,this paper evaluates the quality of cultivated land in Rongjiang County of Guizhou Province from the perspective of cultivated land protection,and aims to find out the process of cultivated land use and protection in Rongjiang County In the existing problems,and put forward countermeasures for the development of agricultural production in Rongjiang County to provide recommendations.This paper uses the data of Rongjiang County 2007?2016 Statistical Yearbook and Land Use Change Survey to analyze the current situation and changes of cultivated land use in Rongjiang County,the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and the ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land in three aspects of the quality of cultivated land in Rongjiang County.To evaluate.First of all,by Rongjiang County,the relevant departments of the website published data to obtain Rongjiang County 2016 various types of agricultural land area,analysis of the proportion of arable land in agricultural land,and then through the land use dynamic model analysis Rongjiang County 2007?2016 agricultural land The trend of cultivated land use in Rongjiang County was analyzed by using the formula of cultivated land use degree,and the proportion of cultivated land in Rongjiang County was calculated.The degree of cultivated land utilization in Rongjiang County from 2007 to 2016 was obtained.Secondly,3 natural factors were selected: farmland area,annual precipitation and effective irrigation area,6 social factors: agricultural fertilizer application rate,crop acreage area,grain output,total agricultural output value,total agricultural power and labor ratio,The results show that the natural factors index of Rongjiang County has decreased,and the social factors index and the comprehensive index of agricultural production capacity have been improved by using the methodof principal component analysis to determine the weight and comprehensive analysis of the change of agricultural comprehensive production capacity in Rongjiang County in recent ten years The Finally,based on the ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity model,the planting area and yield of maize,wheat,rice,legume,potato,oil,cotton,carbohydrate,vegetable and fruit were selected from Rongjiang County,and the equilibrium factor was 2.8,the yield factor is 0.50,the ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity,ecological deficit and ecological stress index of Rongjiang County in recent ten years are calculated respectively,and the ecological footprint and ecological deficit of Rongjiang County are uptrend and the ecological carrying capacity is improved steadily,The ecological pressure index gradually reduced the results.Through the evaluation of the quality of cultivated land in Rongjiang County from 2007 to 2016,it was found that the cultivated land in Rongjiang County existed in the process of utilization and protection:(1)the natural conditions of cultivated land decreased gradually;(2)the cultivated land investment was still increased;(3)Lack of,to add more difficult;(4)Rongjiang County,the use of land in the process of supply and demand contradictions;(5)cultivated land ecological footprint is increasing,the ecological pressure index is too large problem.According to the problems existing in the utilization and protection of cultivated land in Rongjiang County,we put forward:(1)increase the construction of cultivated land infrastructure in Rongjiang County;(2)strengthen the protection of cultivated land resources and standardize the management of cultivated land in rural areas;(3)rationally allocate cultivated land resources and improve the utilization of cultivated land resources Efficiency;(4)reasonable preparation of land use planning,orderly agricultural land consolidation;(5)strengthen the protection and management of arable land ecological environment;(6)strengthen the ecological protection of farmland protection countermeasures and suggestions.
