Greenhouse is a kind of high efficient way to improve agricultural production.It can adjust climate to create favorable conditions for crop growth,thus obtaining anti-seasonal production and improving the quality and efficiency.The traditional greenhouse production management,mainly relies on artificial control.With the progress and development of science and technology,the traditional planting mode in greenhouses has not been able to meet the requirements of the development of agricultural production.It is in this background,based on the current situation of greenhouses in our country,thesis study of automatic control system in greenhouse has been launched.Environmental parameters have features such as nonlinear,great lag and so on,the traditional control method is difficult to be applied,but fuzzy control theory meets the requirements of the system.The research was carried out according to experts’ experiences and combined with the effect of temperature,humidity,soil moisture and light intensity factor on the greenhouse environment.By determining the fuzzy control’s input and output,selecting the membership function,and developing a reasonable fuzzy control rules to establish the fuzzy controller based on Siemens S7-200 PLC.DTU wireless module and all kinds of sensors were used to achieve automatic closed-loop control of greenhouse control system.Meanwhile,the host computer man-machine interface was devised by King View configuration software and cooperated with S7-200 controller and GPRS wireless transmission function,which has achieved the following functions such as collecting data,monitoring,historical data query and manual/automatic control conversion function of greenhouse environment control system.Using the MATLAB to simulate control system,the test datas have showed that the system can quickly achieve the environmental parameters settings with strong ganti-interference ability and the characteristic of sensitive reaction.Greenhouse control system was based on fuzzy control theory,considering various environmental factors and biological characteristics of crops in greenhouse.By testing,the system of greenhouse environment control effect is ideal. |
