In traditional breeding, time-consuming and laborious, a borrow the destruction of farmland and forest land, no nursery soil matrix with limited resources and cost higher reality, adapt to the rice cultivation need to develop fast germinating seedling technology. Combining fast germinating technique, nutrient solution cultivation technology, use aquasorb, non-woven fabrics and other materials to form the new rice seedling technology. Research results show that:1 Fast germinating Technology, from soaking process, overcome the damage to the anaerobic respiration of rice seeds, improve bud vigor. With 55℃ warm water soak dry rice for 30 min, then with germination machine in 22~25℃ under the condition of germination, 24 h budding 52%, 34 h budding 100%, reaching requirements of sowing.2 No substrate breeding technology, through the improvement and adjustment of many trials, the final determination of the rice seedling without substrate technology program. 1) Seeding: at the firm level ground upper berth benzene board, benzene board upper berth 10 g·m-2 non-woven, non-woven sowing coated with water retaining agent of rice bud seed, then spray containing chemical fertilizer in the nutrient solution, cover with plastic film moisturizing, complete the sowing. 2) Seedling fertilizer management: according to the water consumption in the early morning of watering to ensure nutrient solution reached 3 ~ 5mm water depth, prevent water loss in seed death. Every 4 d after sowing applied 1 times nutrient solution during the seedling period, shared 4 times, the application principle is early late light weight, less rather than more.3. No study on seedling substrate concentration of nutrient solution and water retaining agent usage, after repeated tests, the N3A3(concentration of nutrient solution was 0.56 g·m-2, the dosage of water retaining agent for 11.11 g·m-2) is the most suitable for the growth of seedlings. Appropriate nutrient solution treatment can promote the growth of seedling root system, can improve the physiological activity of root system, root absorption activity of nutrient increased, plant growth promoting. The amount of water retaining agent in high temperature, dry seedling solve illumination strong weather conditions. Play the role of keeping water and fertilizer.4. There is no comparative tests of seedling and soil seedling, stroma free culture can replace nursery soil, effectively solve the difficult to get soil, land, serious damage to vegetation and protect arable land. No seedling seedling characteristics: soil and nursery seedlings compared, non matrix seedlings have the obvious first shoot length after rooting characteristics in sowing 5 d after root only elongation increased. Plant heights, leaf sheath was significantly shortened, the plant height was significantly decreased. Therefore no seedling can increase the seeding rate, saving seedling area.
