Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.)Bge.Var. mongholicus (Bge.)Hsiao), because of its relatively strong, and less lateral root, foot powder, good effect, fine varieties in Astragalus, is China’s mainstream medicine, has a certain economic value, however because Astragalus membranaceus hard seeds rate is higher, its growth is relatively cold, making its seeds the more sensitive, susceptible to external interference factors, and Astragalus membranaceus has a long growth cycle, the germination rate is low, will cause the problem of the quality and efficacy of the poor, shortage phenomenon is serious, if take the traditional cultivation methods, therefore, the research of Astragalus membranaceus micropropagation fast breeding method has important significance to its factory-seedling and meet consumer’s demand.The research contents of this paper are:gold potassium 920, cytokinins (6-BA), PEG, NaCl, Na2SO4 and NaHCO3 as a chemical reagent and by different concentration ratio, the effects of plant hormones, drought stress and salt stress effects on seed germination of the early; the vermiculite, peat, perlite and coir, yunnan red soil as the original matrix and a certain proportion, effects of different proportion of seed germination early. The different N, P, K fertilizer ratio scheme, in seed germination after the 25 days of fertilization, the effects of different fertilization scheme of Astragalus membranaceus seedlings effects. The required measurement and calculation of the germination rate, germination index, germination potential, leaf area, plant height, root length, root weight, whole plant fresh weight, whole plant dry weight, root/shoot ratio, number of leaves, the seedling emergence rate, sprout index of drought resistance, relative salt damage rate of these growth index, summed up the various stages of seed and seedling growth of, Astragalus membranaceus and rapid propagation of fast breeding provides a theoretical basis.On this basis, this paper uses the statistical method of fuzzy evaluation, more comprehensive and accurate to verify the test results, the final draw:gold potassium 920 seed treatment, the rapid propagation of the concentration of Astragalus membranaceus best results for 0.4%; cytokinin (6-BA) seeds, the Astragalus membranaceus micropropagation concentration the best results for 0.2%; Astragalus membranaceus seeds treated by PEG solution, the rapid propagation of the concentration of Astragalus membranaceus best results for 1.25g/L; NaCl, Na2SO4 and NaHCO3 with three kinds of seed salt solution, the rapid propagation of the concentration of Astragalus membranaceus best results for 1.25g/L; seed treatment with matrix, the rapid propagation of the concentration of Astragalus membranaceus best results for 1:1 of vermiculite/coconut coir; in Mongolia Astragalus 120d on seedling emergence, the best fertilization scheme of rapid propagation is N for 79.41mg/g, P2O5 for 150mg/g,K2O for 225mg/g.
