The rotating ring die pellet is the most-widely used agricultural machinery producing feed particles. Poor sanitary conditions badly restrict the development of the feed industry in our country. In this paper, clean production technology of the condition of the rotating ring die pellet are studied. The main contents are as follows:(1) Analyze the approach to improve the clean production technology of the condition, propose two aspect technologies—low residual design technology and cleaning technology for conditions.(2) Propose three kinds of low residual design technologies in order to reduce residual fodder in the condition.(3) Compare different cleaning technologies in various fields at home and abroad, choose high pressure water jet cleaning technology to clean conditions. Design a set of device of telescoping high pressure water jet, analyze its washing area. Apply statics analysis for the five states of this device to confirm whether it can satisfy operating requirement. Draw two-dimension assembly drawing of the device and part drawings of three main parts.(4) Choose appropriate type and size for the high pressure water jet cleaning device. Determine the range of size of the spray zone by empirical formula. Build a mathematical model of the energy loss coefficient of nozzles. Apply fluid simulation for the nozzles to analyze the influence of spray zone’s shape and geometric parameters on nozzles’energy loss coefficient. Choose the most appropriate spray zone’s shape.(5) Study the cleaning mechanism of high pressure water jet cleaning. Apply fluid simulation for the cleaning process of high pressure water jet. Confirm dynamic pressure of water jet as the parameter to evaluate cleaning capability. Analyze the distribution law of dynamic pressure on cleaning plates at different stand-off distances. Build the dynamic pressure distribution function. Analyze the relation of stand-off distance and inclination angle with cleaning capability. Choose the best angle between the axis of spray zone and the axis of nozzle. At least, come up with the conclusion that the designed high pressure water jet cleaning device can effectively clean the condition of the rotating ring die pellet.
