Peanut is an important economic crop in China.In recent five years,the output and demand of peanut are increasing.Harvesting is a very important link in peanut production.Peanut pod cleaning is an important link in peanut mechanized harvesting and post harvest processing.The quality of cleaning directly affects the storage and sales of peanut pods.At present,the cleaning rates of full feeding and half feeding peanut picking and cleaning equipment are relatively low.In order to obtain cleaner peanut pods,a series of continuous cleaning equipment such as soil removal,stone removal and stalk removal must be carried out again,with large land occupation and energy consumption.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a peanut pod cleaning equipment with better cleaning effect.In view of the low cleaning effect of peanut cleaning equipment at present,this paper focuses on the theoretical modeling and analysis of the penetration probability of peanut pods under different screen shapes,completes the design of double screen cleaning device,and carries out simulation.It provides an important theoretical basis for the research of peanut cleaning equipment.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows(1)The physical,geometric and proportion of peanut pod and its components were studied,which laid a foundation for the establishment of peanut pod cleaning theory,algorithm design,modeling and simulation,and screening device design;(2)Taking the analysis and calculation of penetration probability theory as the breakthrough point,the mathematical modeling method is used to give certain boundary conditions and assumptions,mainly through the establishment of peanut pod and stem on the sieve surface Screening probability formula,using the size of the screening probability to explain the screening capacity,peanut pod screening probability theory mathematical modeling and analysis,more systematic derivation of the ball and stalk under the round hole sieve and long hole sieve probability formula,and in the multi-layer sieve screening theory derived peanut pod screening loss rate and cleaning rate.(3)In the design of the key components of the screening device,it is found that the selection of the diameter of the round hole screen depends on the length of the screen surface under the environment of 1st Opt.While the square hole screen is between the screen surface length 500-4000mm,the side length of the square hole screen is stable between 29-30mm,which is more convergent than that of the round hole screen.Through the calculation of the algorithm,it can be concluded that the upper screen is more suitable for square hole screen,the side length of square hole is 30mm,the clearance of screen hole is 3mm,and the recommended screen surface length is 500-4000mm.In the shape of stem,the lower sieve is set as a strip screen,and peanut pods can be left to pass through the stalks and other impurities by limiting the width of the sieve aperture of the strip screen.And the width is set as 12mm;the simulation is used to check the key components,and the results are accurate.The angle between the screen surface and the horizontal direction can be accurately controlled by comparing the vertical velocity of the lifting point or fulcrum and the change trend of the instantaneous center of the screen surface velocity.(4)Through the simulation and analysis in EDEM environment,the upper and lower sieves set reciprocating linear and rotary motion respectively,the frequency is 5Hz,the amplitude of the upper screen is 30mm,the tilt angle is 4.5~o,the amplitude of the lower screen is 40mm,and the tilt angle is 5.5~o.When the proportion of impurities was 42.9%,the loss rate of peanut pod was 1.2%,and the impurity content was 3.7%.The correctness of the theory and the rationality of the motion design of"dustpan"formed by the screen surface are verified.
