| In this experiment ,staphylococcal protein A (SPA) rosette test and indirect enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) are used to inspect the number of T cells and B cells in peripheral blood and the content of the immunoglobulins(Igs)in the serum tear.. trachea fluid. bile and intestinal fluid of the chickens vaccinated with infectious bursal disease(IBD) vaccine after pre-used immunopotentiator(IP) (inFu?and nmunair? to study the immune changes and mechanism in peripheral blood and local humor. The results were as follows: I The number of T cells B cells in peripheral blood and the content of IgG.. 1gM and IgA in the serum tear trachea fluid . bile and intestinal fluid of the vaccinated chickens increased in different level as compared with those of non-vaccinated controls. The results showed that the level of general cellular immunity~ humoral immunity and local humoral immunity of vaccinated chickens could be enhanced by vaccination. 2 The number of T cells B cells in peripheral blood and the content of IgG.. 1gM.. and IgA in the serum of the vaccinated chickens after pre-used IP were higher than those of vaccinated with IBD vaccine chickens alone. The results showed that the level of general cellular immunity and humoral immunity of the vaccinated chickens could be enhanced after pre-used IP. 3 The content of IgA.1gM.and IgG in the tear trachea fluid.bile and intestinal fluid of the vaccinated chickens after pre-used IP increased in different level as compared with those of vaccinated alone. The results indicated that after pre-used IP, the level of local humor immune of the vaccinated chickens could be increased. 4 After challenged with vvIBDV, the immunal protection rate of control group~ vaccinated group.nmunair?group and inFu?group were seperatedly : 0.. 60%.. 80% and 100%. The results showed that after pre-used IP, the ability of vaccinated chickens to resist vvIBDV enhanced. The reasons were that after challenged with vvIBDV, the number of T B cells in the peripheral blood and the content of lgG.. 1gM.. and IgA in the serum.tear trachea fluid bile and intestinal fluid of the vaccinated chickens pre-used IP increased markedly than those of vaccinated alone. 5 The number of T cells in the peripheral blood and the content of IgA.. 1gM.. and IgG in the tear trachea fluid bile and intestinal fluid of the chickens of æ›inFu?group were higher in different degree than those of nmunair?group. The number of B cells in the peripheral blood and the content of IgG 1gM and IgA in serum of the chickens of inFu?group were increased significantly as compared with those of nmunair?group.
