Experimental Study On Environmental Purity In Chicken House By NU Biology Enzyme Preparation

Livestock breeding development becomes macroscale,establishment,specialization and intensivism step by step in recent years.The environment of livestock house becomes worse because of a great deal of dejecta,sewage,nocuousness gas and malodor which are produced in livestock house.In allusion to the serious problem ,the article has studied deep in following aspects: Firstly,according to the actuality of domestic animal field ,the problems and the procreant reasons of inside and outside environment of livestock house have been analysed detailedly.The whole bag of tricks and measures including their advantage and disadvantage for solving the qusetions mentioned already have been analysed through referring large numbers of literatures. Secondly, NU Biology Enzyme Preparation (NUBEP)which is one of environmental productions has been introduced into China from Holland.The effect on purifying environment in commercial layer houses in Beijing district and all kinds of virtues of NUBEP have been confirmed.The using condition and influencing factor of application of NUBEP have been discussed superficially .Thirdly, the equipment for spraying NUBEP which is suited for layer house has been designed on the basis of structure and condition in henhouse and the math model of side hole area has been established during the experimental study period .The equipment which has been consummated through practical application and debugging can meet the demand and settle the practical problems.At the same time ,the article provides useful method which can be referred for designing spraying equipment according to different henhouse structures. Fourthly, Application economy benefit of NUBEP integrating experimental results and related datum has been appraised. It is the first time that NUBEP has been applied to purify environment in domestic animal field in China. NUBEP can remove malodor of dejecta ,reduce nocuousness gas,enhance production of livestock and effect of manure ,and so on.. NUBEP is a kind of production which is no pollution,pure savageness. Lustration production of domestic animal field will be promoted because it is a simple facility, low energy cost, little investment, convenient using method when NUBEP is applied to purify environment.
