The 2BQM-2model plastic film mulch pneumatic accurate planter is a new type of implement of which the principal component is a seeding drum There are many factors to effect the seeding performance It is one of the most important subject to be concerned for the farm machinery designers to seek out the primary and secondary sequence of all the factors effecting seeding performance and their optimum composition relationship A testing pad conforming to the seeding system and a measuring apparatus--single chip computer measuring system---forming a complete set with the testing pad are developed based on the distinction of the 2BQM-2model planter's performance and the law of the influence exerted by each factor has been found out through experimental study on the prototype implement by using above mentioned measuring system The resulj of the experimental study shows firstly, that the adoption of single chip computer measuring system may increase the measuring accuracy and the working efficiency of the experimental study; secondly , that the state of seed drop angle being small is suitable for the operation under high speed and lastly, that the bias angle has a notable influence on the seeding rate.
