QMB combination was used in dogs?anesthesia intmmusailarly Its anesthesia effects mx! influences cmphysiologjc fi~E~jo1is ~ ~v~Jmt~j thxough non-invasive monitoring, which pmvides theoretiml hmdation for v~ednaiy clinical application and popularization At the meantime, the trnpoutance of the most advmmi devices used in monitoring ha~ional anesthesia of mini-type animal medicine of anesthesia ~us evaluated by using Datax respiration monitor and circuiatoiy momtorforthefiistbm~The result of biological reflecticm monitoring of anesthetized dogs sho~ that (2MB combination pmduccd satisfying anesthetic eflbets mid had balmcul effects in sedative, analgesic, muscle relaxing eff~ and also rroduccd a kxtg duration of anesthesia in mini-type dogs, which azt enough to satisfy ordinaiy medium and large clinical surgical opemtions.The influences on the physiological fimctions during anesthesia of dogs with (2MB combination monitored systemically in this experimentElectmcardiogmm (ECG) and(EEG) that were monitored with anon-invasive way bymtitifimctional physiologic graphu SJ-42 showed that dogs?ECG shapes wot regula rh)ltmu of beasts were stable and without antiytlimia when dogs were anesthetized with 0MB combination The result also showed that their EEG monttormgs i~ese diaractuized a changing trend which is as follows: EEG transformed fi~mi high frequai~?1ow amplitude and fast rhythm at normal time to low fi~iency-high amplitude and sowih,4Im~ chzring anesthesia The distinct dimtge in frequency and the amplitude showed that QMB combination had a stitmg sedative, aiulgesic, muscle-relaxing effects in dogs.The results of Datcx circulatpzy monitor slio~i that dogs?hea,t rates and tcmpaature reduced, but they were in physiological range, and their blood oxygen were plenty, mid blood oxygen saturation always maintained above 9W!0 during anesthesia with 0MB crmibination The results indicate that 0MB combinatxm has cmly a slight influence on the physiological functions of dogs and no other adverse effects.The result of Datex respimtian monitor showed that 0MB combination has! only a slight restraint, but all the physiologic indexes were in normal range, which showed that 0MB combination have no advase effects.To evaluate the influences on livem and kidneys of dogs with 0MB anesthesia, activities of GOT, OPT, AKP and concenmbon of Crtaiinine and BUN in blood 5mm-i before and after anesthesia ~e measimi The results show that all biochemical indexes have no obvious changes, which indictes that QMB combination has no obvious influences on the functions of livers and kidneys.This study shows that 0MB combination produces satisfying anesthesia effect, long duration and easily manipulated.
