AM fungi is a kind of soil useful microorganism distrbutes in the soil system extensively. It can form symbiosis with host plant above 90 percent. The symbiosis promote host plant to absorb soil mineral element ,modulate internal metabolize activity and growth. But ,for the reason that AMF can not be cultured artificially , and the formation as well as function of AM is affected by many ecology factors ,the study and application of AM are restricted to much extent.Nitrogen is one of the most important elements, and it affects quality and yield of tobacco. Nitrogen is the fundametal ingredient of protein and nicotine. Meanwhile, protein is the important component of cell protoplasm. Lack of nitrogen, the form of new cells in tobacco will be reatrained, grows will be inhibited.,the content of product of photosynthesis, protein, nicotine will decrease. All these results in poor yield and bad quality. Nitrogen is also the composition of chlorphyll ,nucleic acid, enzyme, and participate in every metabolize processes. The Nitrogen nutrient is deficient in our agricultrural soil. Since 1970', the use amount increased rapidly and reach 20 million tons each year. Although, the use of nitrogen fertilize promote agricultural development, it pollute environmently. As it raise the utilization of nitrogen in soil, AMF protect the ecological system. Our country's tobacco production is the important part of national economic, but export is difficult for poor quality . Many researches indicate that tobacco depent AMF so much that inoculation ratio can reach 70 percent. The inoculation on tobacco raise the assimlate of mineral , the biomass and quality. So it's important to research the effect on AM's inmculation by ecologival conditions, espicially the nutrient condition in soil. Therefore, research on respect below has important theoretical and practical value on improving bad quality of tobacco. This research has also momentous significance on how to utilize AMF resource and the artificial inoculation of AMF on soil scarce of nitrgen. The effect of ecology factor, especially the nutriment condition of soil on AM inoculation effecting. By the experiment of pot culture and small squre , this paper study the effect ofAM inoculation in Lou soil on yield and quality of tobacco , the effect of nitrogen level on AM inoculation, the effect of nitrogen on yield and quality of tobacco, the effect of AM and nitrogen on the yield and quality of tobacco . The accumulation and distribution of nitrogen in tobacco . According to this research .the main results were got as follows. It's the first time to research the relation among AMF, Lou soil, and tobacco. It's showed that AMF can form symbioses with tobacco effectivly. The content and form of nitrogen in the soil affect the form and development of symbioses. The inoculation of AMF can promote photosytynthesis, the content of nitrogen, general sugar, nicotine, the activity of NR.It's also the first tune to research the effect of AMF on the leaf dry weight and the content of various element in each leaf position. The level and form of nitrogen affect the content of nitrogen , nicotin and yield.
