The experiment material was tomato "Zhongza 9". Screening in the substrate on the basis of studies of the AMF on tomato seedling disease resistance, yield and quality of the impact, the primarily study results as follows:1. Inoculating the different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi when planting the tomato in the organic soil which was dealt with the high temperature sterilization. The experiments show that six kinds of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi have increased the leaf photosynthetic rate, the increase of nitrogen plant and the absorption of phosphorus in different levels. Ultimately the experiment showed that the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi promoted the growth of the tomato plant. GV and GM, which were screened out from the different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, were suitable for the best effect on promoting tomato growth.2. The experiment of tomato seedlings inoculated Rhizoctonia solani have shown that: tomato plants inoculated GM vaccination could improve the activity of enzymes, such as SOD and PAL in the roots .It could reduced the content of MDA in the roots at the same time. Tomato seedlings showed much better disease resistance in the last.3. Three high content of organic substrate is different from dealing with the increased yield and improved the quality of tomato. There was not significant difference in the three different treatments, but the difference is significantly compared with CK. Screening out the corn stalk as the main ingredients substrate formula. The selected formula is more suitable for the cultivation of tomato in the promotion and application.4. In organic substrate cultivation, the two arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (GM, GV) on the tomato have shown early flowering period, lower-before Flower Festival, increase yield and improve the quality and so on.
