Studies On Selection Of ECM Fungi And Technology Of Growing Seedlings Of Pinus Tabulaeformis By Inoculating ECM Fungus

By the preliminary selecting experiments of the growth andresistance to Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium oxysporum of 15 strainsECM fungi,four strains ECM fungi were selected．These four strainswere tested in pH and water stress,moreover,the integrated effect ofECM fungi strains were determined by pure culture mycorrhizal synthesis. According to the results of these experiments,Suillus sp.99 was selectedand applied to produce solid vegetative inoculum on the base ofvermiculite and liquld vegetative inoculum in the fermentor．These twotypes of vegetanve inoculum were applied to raising seedlings of Pinustabulaeformis．The results revealed that the growth of Pinustabulaeformis seedlings was stimulated by Suillus sp．99．The shoot heightof seedlings was increased by 69,8％－104,4％,the stem diameter ofseedlings was increased by 40％－52．6％,the dry weight of seedlings wasincreased by 40．0％－170．7％,the mycorrhizal infected rate of seedliny wasup to 51．2％－78．3％．The selecting procedure and principles were proved．...
