The temperature between combs was measured in the Apis cerana cerana Fab. colony. The results were as follows: (l)temperature of center comb was maintained relative stabilization about 35. 0C, but temperature of peripheral comb exhibited a highly significant positive correlation with air temperature. (2)Colony thermoregulation ability showed positive relation with colony population. Variances of different zone became gradually diminution along with colony population increasing. (3) In different colonies, larve and pupae had same temperature about 35.5C but egg had lower temperature. (4) Extracting honey had great influence on comb temperature. So during extracting honey interference should be avoided, and it is better to extract in preference temperature zone of A. c. c. (5) Opening beehive had little influence on comb temperature in 30mm at 19---26C. At the same temperature zone, different bee-spaces showed variances. At the same bee-space, temperature variances of different zone diminished gradually along with air temperature increasing...
