| Aiming at the problems occurred to vacuum phase and phase ratio of piston milking machine, a mathematical model for designing theory of vacuum pump used for piston milking machine and the pulsation law has been established through theoretical analysis of the small sized piston milking machine by means of aerodynamics, mathematics and CAA in accordance with criterion at home and abroad related to milking machine.Based on the above ,the degree of vacuum and the vacuum phase are calculated out and a simulation software and a optimization software for ball valve have been exploited by use of VC + + 6.0. Making a comparison between the theoretical calculation of the vacuum in milking claw and the testing result, it is confirmed that the mathematical model is reliable. Besides, a rational matching law between the ball valve of the cylinder of vacuum pump and the milk pail has been found through optimization of various parameter combinations of the ball valves, and thus having established a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of small sized piston milking machine. The software used for virtual design is SolidWorks which is convenient for the development of manufacture. |
