Etemental Studies And Appravsals On The Effeets Of The Three Kinds Of Rootstorks To The Plum(Prunus Lindl.)

Dashizaosheng plum and gaixiandali plum are the main type of precot type in Hebei province. The main rootstocks used in production are raanchu cherry, kansu peach and apricot. Take the combination of various stock-scron as materials, we study the biological characterestics, disseceted structure, meacunemeat of photosywthetic rate and resistance to study the good rootstock fitting and proper in our province. The result are followed.1. The sprout,flowertime of dashizaosheng, gaixiandali using manchu cherry as the rootstock is earlier than than the plum using kansu peach, apricot as the rootstock, 4~7d or so. The effective flower rate, fruit setting rate of dashizaosheng and gaixiandali using manchu cherry as the rootstocks is higher than the same varietiy using kansu peach, apricot as the rootstocks. The fruit weight .quantity of soluble solid substance, acid, Vc of dashizaosheng, gaixiandali are significantly higher than the plum using kansu peach and apricot as the rootstock.2. The height, crown valume , rate of becoming branch and enzyme activity of IOD, POD of dashizaosheng and gaixiandali using manchu cherry as rootstocks are the biggest in the three rootstocks.The plum using kansu peach as the rootstock is the smallest. Through the related analysis and investigation, it shows that the relation of enzyme activity of POD, IOD and the growth of the tree is negative. The trendency of dissected structure of dashizaosheng and gaixiandali plum using manchu cherry and kansu peach as the rootstocks are the same as the rootstocks.3. The rate of freezed flower of dashizaosheng and gaixiandali plum using manchu cherry as the rootstocks is lower than the same type using kansu peach and apricot as rootstocks. The enzyme activity of POD, SOD, quantity of MDA, soluble solid substance is the countrary. So it shows that the relation of the enzyme activity of POD, SOD, quantity of MDA, soluble solid substance is positive. The relation of the electrical ration and cold-resistance isnegative.So the cold-resistance of gaixiandali and dashizaosheng using manchu cherry as rootstocks is higher than the same type plum using kansu peach and apricot as rootstocks.
