In recent years, the morbility of mental metabolic obstacle in cows was very high in Daqing, Anda area, especially in some area of Anda in which most area belonged to alkali soil composed high content of Na2CO3 There was 0.05% whole phosphorus, Smg/kg available phosphorus in soil roughly. The cows in the area had low productive ability for long time, and the serous cases appeared abnormal movement The cases were in status of low phosphorus and were with hypophosphatemia through detecting the content of phosphorus in serum. The some cows with hypophosphatemia in Xianfeng county of Anda city were choiced as experiment animal. After adding with herbage composed high phosphorus and VDi, the calcium, phosphorus, VI>3 and its metabolism activity in serum, antioxydant ability, bone metabolism optimizing factor, cytokine etc, and their dynamic change were detected to find out the effect of VD3 on the bone metabolism and cytokine in the cows with hypophosphstemia. The result showed that:1 .The cows with hypophosphstemia were given 2.5 X 106 IU VD3 by musle injection at first weeks, and one capsule VT>3 (lOmg/SOOkg) daily by oral constantly. After 4 months, the clinical symptom was obviously slight, but also correlative indexes of the bone metabolism changed obviously. So it was seen that VD3 had good effect on the cows with hypophosphstemia.2.After giving VD, the content of VD, 25-OH-D, 1,25-(OH)2-D in serum increased obviously, the absorb ability of intestine to calcium, phosphorus and second-absord of kindney tuble to calcium, phosphorus was enhanced, the content of calcium , phosphorus in blood increased, the activity of alkaline phosphatase decreased.3.VD enchanced the absorbtion of phosphorus, the content of phosphorus in blood become higher, anti-oxidation ability increased, the lipid peroxide in serum decreased, the activity of SOD, GSH-Px increased, the content of MDA in serum decreased.4.Boneglaprotein was the effective component to construct bone matrix, and to keep the normal bone metabolizing. It had trend to decrease accompanied with the bone density descreaed. Calcitonin was correlative with calcium in blood. Its function was to sediment calcium to bone, and to prevent the prosome of osteclast to proliferation and difemtiation, to prevent bone absorbtion. The calcium and phosphorus in blood increased after feeding the herbage composed of high phosphorus and VD to the cows in group 2, and boneglaprotein. calcitonin increased accordingly.5.The result of dynamic analysis of interleukin 1 (IL-1), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in serum expounded the relationship of IL-1, IL-6, TNF with hypophosphatemia When hypophosphatemia occurred, the content of IL-1, IL-6, TNF in serum increased.
