The hydraulic performance of the sprinkler is a key factor to the quality of the sprinkler system, and the test and the remark are the base of designing and spraying.As a part of the building item on National Engineer Research Center for Water Saving Irrigation at YangLing and inaugurating item on Chinese Academy of sciences, based on the test of the range (m), the diameter of the water drop (mm), the uniformity coefficient and the intensity of spraying (mm/h), this research put forward choosing the best combination distance, work pressure and layout form when combining sprinklers, analyzing the influence on the uniformity coefficient of the combination distance, work pressure and layout form, and the environment condition influence on the uniformity coefficient, at the same time using the remark of blurred and analytic to remark the hydraulic performance of the sprinkler. The main results are:1.Based on the table of the hydraulic performance provided by factory, according to the national test standard of the hydraulic performance about sprinkler, this research tested the range, the intensity of spraying, the uniformity coefficient, the attacked intensity of the water drop of the single sprinkler and so on. Analyzed the factors influencing on the distribution of the water, to establish the base of remaking and combining.2.When using the square layout form, tested the uniformity coefficient of the zhongpenZYl, zhongpenZY2, caihongZYl, caihongZY2, 30PSH, 30IBH, 46H, GJY2, sprinklers, according to the requirement of the uniformity coefficient (it must exceed 75% of the uniformity coefficient of the fastness sprinkler), choose the proper combination coefficient and work pressure.3. Used the method of perpendicularity to analyze the influence of combination distance, work pressure and layout form on coefficient uniformity in spraying, exemplified the sprinkler of 30PSH, the effect sequence is that combination distance is the strongest, and then is layout form, the third is the work pressure, choose the best combination distance, work pressure and layout form of the zhongpenZYl, zhongpenZY2, caihongZYl, caihongZY2, 30PSH, 301BH, 46H.4.Combined with the wind direction and wind powder, exemplified the sprinkler of 30PSH,studied the wind powder influence on the uniformity coefficient when we are designing the irrigation engineering and sprinkling. Pointed out when we are designing the irrigation engineering, should using the different combination distance and work pressure according to the different wind powder, and irrigating, how to get the best uniformity coefficient.5.put forward using the remark method of the blurred and analytic to remark the hydraulic performance, i.e. according to the definite proportion to combine with the six main factors (the work pressure, range, flow, uniformity coefficient, intensity of sprinkling, attacked intensity of water drop), used a value to express the quality, changed the materiality quantity of the hydraulic performance to a determine the nature target, according to the different requirement to choose the different coefficient, to choose the most proper sprinkler, so it can simplify the process of the remark. Especially in some especial contradiction, or under the condition of the several different requirements, this method isscientific.
