Study On Mycorrhization Of Populus Seedlings

In this thesis,we use Populus ussuriensis as host and use the principals and the methods of plant physiology,biochemistry,mycorrhiza and microbiology to reseach and analyse mycorrhizal resources,mycorrhizal morphology,the promoting efficiency to seedlings' grouth and the effection to the hosts 'physiology indexes of chlorophyll content and enzyme activity. At the same time,this thesis researched and analysed the effection of mycorrhiza when hosts ' roots are damaged by the method of cutting . This thesis strive to provide necessary foundation for the improvement of Populus ussuriensis seedlings' survival rate and growth rate by the research of mycorrhizal biology and specific methods.Through the investigation to arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi resources around Populus ussuriensis roots in field,some arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi spores were found,through priliminary identifidation,detemined them belong to three genuses:Gloiaus,Acaulospora and Gigaspora,in which Glomus is dominant genus. After dyeing the roots fragments collected from field,arbuscular mycorrhiza invasion can be found.The results of experimentation of Populus ussuriensis seedlings inoculation show that 5 kinds of arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi:Glomus. mosseae,G. intraradices,G. vesiforme,Sclerodystis sinuosa and a kind of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus be bought from Luosang experiment station as well as five kinds of ectomycorrhizal fungi:Boletussp. % CortinariusrussusYr. > Lactarius insulsus Fr. > Hebeloma mesophaefum and various of mixtures by the fungi above can all form mycorrhiza on Populus ussuriensis1 s roots without exception,the inoculation with single fungi show that Hebeloma mesophaefum and Glumus mosseae are the best ectomycorrhiza fungus and arbuscular mycorrhizar fungus .And the result also shows that the inoculation with mixed fungi are better than with single fungus,and the inoculation with arbuscular mycorrhizar fungi mixture and ectomycorrhiza fungi mixture have the best efficiency. The result also show that:mycorrhiza' s promotion to Populus ussuriensis seedlings ' growth is directly related to the improvement of inoculated seedlings' chlorophyll content and enzyme activity.The result of cutting roots experimentation shows that:raycorrhiza fungi take active part in Populus ussuriensis seedling roots' restorement after wounded.
