Effects of different media (rockwool, char of grass + cinder, char of grass + flotsam cultured fungus +sand) , variety (Tudla, Toyonoka, Guinugan), directions and concentration of hydroponic liquid on vegetative and reproductive growth of strawberry under greenhouse were studied, the result showed:Three experimental varieties (Tudla, Toyonoka Guinugan )of strawberry were all fit for cultured in the South of China. The compound character of toyonoka (eg. Yield of individual plant, fruit weight, Vc content and fruit index) excelled others. The capacity conductance rate and pH value of the experimental media (rockwool, char of grass + cinder, char of grass + flotsam cultured fungus +sand) could meet the produce need, the phonological period, vegetative and reproductive growth were influenced by the medium, variety, direction and concentration of hydroponic liquid. The variety "Tudla" were cultured in the compound medium 3 and proper hydroponic liquid concentration (0.5 times of standard hydroponic liquid in seeding period, standard hydroponic liquid in vegetative growth period and 1.5 times standard hydroponic liquid in reproductive growth period) could have perfect fruit yield and quality. When the CO2 concentration increased from 200mg/kg to 500mg/kg, the velocity of photosynthesis significantly fastened gradually. So enhancing COj concentration could significantly improve the velocity of photosynthesis of strawberry leaves. The yield of individual plant can get 634g;most get450-500g.lt could reduce not only productive cost but also pollution of these flotsam to replace rockwool by the cheap scrap of agricultural production, at the same time this would inaugurate a new path to resolve the problem of pollution of these flotsam. The medium culture could greatly decrease the using quantity of pesticide, fertilizer and water.
