Six trials were conducted to study the effect of cellulase-containing enzyme preparation (VP: 3 -glucanase, pectinase, Endo- P -glucanase and Hemi-cellulase)or Phytase on nutrient utilization of feed material of different kinds and sources. The energy value and nutrient true availabilities were measured by the TME assay.Trial 1 to trail 3 were used to study the effect of VP enzyme preparation on soybean meal , corn glutin meal and rapeseed meal of different sources respectively; Trial 4 to trail 6 were used to study the effect of phytase on soybean meal, maize and rapeseed meal of different sources respectively. Each feed was tested without or with supplementation of enzyme preparation VP :400mg/kg or phytase:300mg/kg with three different sources. In each trail, there were 7 treatments, among which six treatments were used for forced-fed, one treament was used to measure endogenous nutrient by stavation. 56 of healthy adult male Avian were distributed randomly into 7 treatments with 8 repicates of 1 bird per repicate in each trail. The birds were force-fed with the amount of 2%BW after 48hrs starvation period and then collected the all feces for 48hrs.The results showed:With the addition of VP enzyme preparation, the true availabilities of dry matter, calcium and phosphorus of soybean meal (improved by 3.88%,22.4%,14.62% respectively,p<0.05), of crude protein ,dry matter and corn glutin meal (improved by 18.04%, p<0.01;2.66% respectively, p<0.05), of calcium of rapeseed meal (19.88%, p<0.05) were improved significantly. With the addition of phytase ,the true availibities of phosphorus and calcium of soybean meal(23.21%, p<0.01;39.96%, p<0.05) were improved significantly. The energy value and ture nutrient availibities of corn and rapeseed meal were not improved significantly. The source of same feed influnces the VP enzyme preparation and phytase effect. The benificial effect of addition enzyme preparation was greater for the feed with lower quality.
