In this paper, two spring wheat varieties (Yongliang-4 and 90-Jian-210) were studied on the formation and relationship of source and sink in high yield and super-high-yield spring wheat. The result showed that adopting the proper density and nitrogen at the later stage, the peak leaf area index would be controlled within a proper range, leaf area duration would be longer and dry matter weight would be accumulated more. Strengthening the leaf activity after boot stage, ears per unit area and the rise of grain weight would be improved. When the amount of nitrogen applied were the same, nitrogen at the later stage would be enhanced the ability of vegetative absorbing nitrogen and enlarged the capacity of sink All these would be the key to high yield.
